Concur so much I can't concur any more...which is why I order everything online. IME, it's the other way around...higher concentration vegetable glycerin produces "thicker" clouds.

Day 3...I've saved almost $65 dollars on smokes. I'm having crazy cravings that I've decided to work from home today, so not to kill my staff. I hate everyone today!

Congrats.

If you relapse, you may want to consider giving Chantix a try. Note, the depression warnings are real.

It's been 2 1/2 years for me, and I would recommend eliminating any easy way to smoke, get rid of all lighters and packs and stay away from those with them for at least the first few months.

If you smoked in your car, you may want to do something to keep you from smoking in it again, if you're serious it may be worth replacing it or at least an expensive deep clean.

God, the doctors kept trying to cram this shit down my throat. Nope. I've had three friends do it, all of them damn near went crazy and returned to smoking anyway.

For the most part. I'm chewing both nicorette and normal gum. Nicorette tastes awful. I'm going to try today without it and see how it goes.

Yeah, no thanks. Take a harmful chemical to stop other harmful chemicals. I try to take as few pills as possible.

You're right about the car. It needs a super clean to get rid of the smoke. Change the cabin filters as well.

Just want to make sure you are not chewing the nicotine gum like normal gum, that can give you a nicotine overdose, headaches, nausea etc.

get a vape.

Start at high nicotine level

Lower the nicotine level every week until you reach 0mg of nicotine

Continue to do it on the 0 nicotine for awhile for the oral fixation

Get rid of vape

it works.

That's how I use it couple pieces at a time, after I have a chew.

I smoked for 20 years. Pack a day. A while back I ordered a seriously overpriced vape starter kit. It arrived on the 4th August 2015. That was the last day I had a cigarette.

I'm coming up on 2 years vaping and like some others have said, I love it. I've turned it into a bit of a hobby and collect interesting mods and all the new shiny things but that has helped me stick with it.

I've also gotten everyone I know (apart from my stubborn sister) to transition from smoking to vaping.

I'm a computer engineer and love to know how shit works so when I first picked it up I got right into the science of it and have stayed engaged with that aspect of it ever since.

I'm convinced that while it's not perfectly safe it is a hell of a lot better than tobacco. And that's what its about. Harm REDUCTION.

The only downside is that when my sense of smell returned I suddenly started smelling OTHER PEOPLE... do teenagers bathe?
