Crazy supercar gathering

My brother attended a supercar gathering last week at the coastal city Ostend, Belgium.

The supercars came together to fight cancer. There was a Bugatti Veyron, a Jag Project 7, F-Type SVR, Porsche 991 R and GT3 RS and many more!

Why didn't they just put a piece of wood or something on that gap to keep every car from scraping their nose???
