My First P-Car

After months of research, some back and forth, and lots of thinking, I've gone over to the dark side. Just wanted to share some pictures and put in a plug for Jonathan Beitz at Riverside Porsche for working with me this past few months. He was extremely helpful, patient, and gave me a very competitive price (trust me I shopped around). We made a deal this past week, I went down to SoCal, picked her up and drove her back to NorCal. Spent 4 hours today washing and waxing her.

Overall, I couldn't be happier! It's been a long journey this last 8 months and it finally happened. Considered many cars including waiting for the 2019 Acura RDX to come out but in the end, I have no regrets (although the RDX is one hell of the car and the sound system is amaaaazing). Also, quick plug for MKSixer for the advice along the way.

Thank you. I did drive almost all SUVs/CUVs out there and the Macan was indeed the best, IMO.

Very nice. We got my wife a Macan Turbo about a month ago. It's better than the M2 in every way with the exception of doing burnouts. Do you have PASM and PTV?

Very nice! The turbo is awesome!

I got PASM on my S but not PTV. Was looking at used 17 GTS but it was a pain finding a good one in my price range so I decided to get a new 18 Macan S instead.

Sounds like you got a good one. My wife told me on a Sunday that she wanted a Macan, so I got on the local dealer's website and saw a '17 Turbo CPO they had just uploaded without photos. The build sheet seemed nice, so we committed. She's absolutely in love. They are fantastic vehicles, and I'm certain you'll love yours, too.

Haven't been in the s but I bet it's amazing. I'm trying to convince my mom to get a macan s, as well. I've driven the gts and that vehicle was a dream.
