Scott Hisaka DUI/murder charges
For those that follow Olympic weightlifting, Scott Hisaka has been a cal strength lifter for many years with a large social media presence. Got into a head on collision where the other driver was killed, and Scott’s suspected of DUI.

Just doesn't make sense to drink and drive.... ever. I fully agree with these things being processed as murders instead of just manslaughter as I hear on the news sometimes.

Though court records show he was not charged with a DUI, Hisaka faces a murder charge. He was being held in lieu of $1 million bail.
According to court records, Hisaka was also awaiting trial for a June 25 incident of drunk driving. https://www.ocregister.com/2018/09/2...a-habra-crash/ So not charged with DUI, but still facing a murder rap? Reckless driving? |
