Short but sweet. Intro music reminds me of Stranger Things, lol.
Loved the Yogurt, Refrigerator world and "The Witness" probably the only title I remember lol.

I started watching it and seems a bit slow and weird at first - does it get better? Perhaps I was still recovering from eating too much dinner when I started watching it? (food stupor)

They're all short stories. Every episode is unique as far as story and animation

So I saw the trailer in Netflix and dismissed it because it's animation, not really my thing but I'll give it a try.

I thought that initially. And it is possible from an inspiration stand point. But none of the stories relate to HM.

Ah ok, I'll have to check where I read that but either way will check it out.

Being a sci fi nerd and fan of the heavy metal magazine as a kid I've always loved the cartoon so was hoping for some connection or continuity.

The animation was very cool but it just isn't my thing. I know my kids like that stuff, maybe I'm just too old. I like actually people. It's like the Virtual Reality thing, here's an idea, go outside and experience Real Reality.
