Avoid them. I had 2; gave them away. Do what they are supposed to, but there are better options. My biggest complaint about the Grip 6 belts is tightening/loosening them. Ergonomically, not a great design. Wait until you are in a situation where you need to get that belt unfastened with haste, not a good time. Anson Belts are a way better option in my opinion. I rock the canvas belts. I have one in black, gray, white, green and a concealed carry belt that I use when doing work that requires a tool pouch. Anson also has a lifetime guarantee.

I have to wonder, does this situation present itself out of pleasure or absolute emergency?

Who the heck wears a belt these days unless going on interviews? Just buy a pair of pants that fit.

People who pack iron........... =)

For my 50th I bought myself a new daily carry piece and my GF found me a nice IWB holster for it. A buddy of mine got me one of the Kore EDC belts to go with it. I looked at it and thanked him and thought I would never wear it because it felt heavy and stiff. Luckily while bored one evening I dug it out and fitted it and then wore it one day to test it out. I have worn it 99% of the time since then. I absolutely love this belt. Infinitely adjustable and light as a feather once locked on. For carry it does as it claims - zero sag - like none. But I wear it anyway because I just love it. Eat too much lunch?? "click" open it up a 1/8th. Take your piece out and lock it in the car? Few clicks and perfect fit without the IWB.

I go untucked 98% of the time, so I don't care what it looks like, but function wise it is perfect. Obviously not for everyone though.

Both.

I can assure you though, one situation tends to be merely frustrating. The other has a bit more urgency in getting that godforsaken bear trap of of a harness dislodged from the waist. One situation can be kinda funny and turned into a sexy little dance while disrobing.....the other causes vulgarity to flow from ones mouth with the force of class 5 rapids.

The same people that carry guns & wear real watches. (Mostly old people such as myself) But hey, if you're going to wear a belt, wear a damn nice one. Picking the wrong belt is like wearing a tuxedo with the sneakers you mow your lawn with.

Oh dear. No offense sir, but those things are terrible. Nothing screams I'm trying too hard than a Gucci belt. Gucci belts tend to take you from being respected for being classy, to people making fun of you. Gucci belts are for people trying to be too extra.

I use Anson Belt, no complaints.

Not a big fan of cloth belts.

I have to wear one. To get into any pants that "fit" my legs...it usually means that I'm buying a pair where the waist is about 4" larger than it needs to be.

I would not have bought one for myself. A buddy of mine won one at a match and loved it and wears it even when he is not packing. Now I plan to have a few of them. I never thought a belt that felt this heavy and stiff could be so comfortable to wear. I never have to "hitch" it - even when packing. I wear it almost every day now. Not super fashionable, but like I said - I wear untucked anyway and the function is flawless.

There exists a magician called "Tailor" that can fix that for you if your heart so desires.

Most of the time I'm in "work" clothes...so I'm not really concerned with it. Casual wear as well.

I do have Tailored clothing, but mainly just for the "important occasion" stuff.

I have similar issues as you do so I get all of my jeans tailored as well. Heck, I have a few pair of sweat pants that have been tailored
