We need to bring the political section back just to give an opportunity to contain this mess.

Lol the political infighting. Both sides need to understand that the answer to everything is somewhere in the middle. If you want to attract young and educated talent, you have to change with the times at least in social matters.

Anyhow, I don't buy these proposals until something actually happens. So many "proposals" never see the light of day. I'd be interested in seeing Texas develop a more walkable and livable city. Haven't been to Austin, but Dallas and Houston are very dull and car-dependent.
