230i/M240i kick to open tailgate

The cars say that they come with comfort access. Does that mean that trunk is kick to open? I know it's not a powered trunk but some trunks in the 4-series are not powered but they do open without pressing on the key.

I've tried at least twice and I don't think it comes with that feature.

Exactly, no kick to open. Does have comfort access though, which means you don’t need to take out the key. Just touch the handle to unlock.
