530e BimmerCode issue

Hey guys, I have a 530e and I had used BimmerCode to disable the seatbelt chime. But this was over 2 years ago and I have already changed phones several times and I was curious if there is a way to revert it back to stock? When attempting to click active I don't have the option to do so. Any help??

Do you have the backup button?
