I know it's not an option from the factory, but I was curious on your thoughts...

Specifically, I think a Thundernight Metallic G42 with a red interior is a bit 'much' and an all white (oyster) interior might stain (and isn't aggressive enough in my opinion); however, a combo of the Oyster interior with just the red front seats (and maybe the center arm rest) might work really well.

Moreover, some might just want the red door sills, but black seats. Only red, white, and black would likely work in any combination though.

Installing door panel pieces & seats is fairly easy, so I do not feel this would be difficult to do. The most difficult part would be to find someone what wanted to swap.
