the crooked seat thing, I haven't noticed it on the g82 m4 so I'm not sure if it's all models or just the 2, because the last 2 was the same way

I know the rear isn't the most popular but its starting to grow on me. little rocket for sure, sounds good also. Judging by his smile you don't even need to hear what he is saying

I know they’re basically the same but I’m having a very hard time choosing between the 2 and 340

for me it was clear to go with the 2 over the 3.. i just really prefer the look of coupe over a sedan, and the back seats are not a priority.. they're big enough for how often anyone will be forced to use them

I came from a 2017 to this one.. I'm a bit nervous about the quality as it's made in Mexico, but currently, every single part of this 2022 feels better and higher quality than the F22 did.

I'm hoping it holds up over time as well, though.

Not regretting the trade-up for one second, except for the fact I need to break it in!

Also, I don't mind the rear end much anymore. I may remove the fake exhaust tips and get some real quads welded on at some point, but we'll see.

The 2 should be a bit more tossable, little bit faster, but less roomy. If you like the coupe looks and don't need the extra space, go for it.

I don't find the rear super squishy, but I'm only 6'0.

Take a look at both of them in person (The 2 looks SO good in person), and go from there!

Oh definitely, I've drove both and preferred the 2, I also love the retro-esque look of the 2. I've always wanted a 2002 so this comes pretty close, just worried the novelty of having a coupe will wear off and become a pain in the ass on the occasion I have to haul people

Ah, I don't really have that issue too often.. The wife has an S3 if we need to squish a couple passengers in to go somewhere

I think I had 3 people total in the back of my F22 during 4 years of ownership...

Anyways, does it matter if your passengers get a little cramped every now and then? The car will be for YOU!

Is the seat thing a US only issue? because I really haven't noticed with my F87.

By far the best 2 series….

So better than the one other last generation

I hear of course, like this new car a lot. Still monitoring the G87 progress 🙏🏻

I had an F87 M2 and the crooked seat drove me mad. It's off center from the steering wheel and the pedals. My G82 M4's seating position is perfect.

The new M2 should be impressive. I had the F87, which I loved, but the ride quality sucked and living in NYC area didn't help with road quality and winters. I sold it for more than I paid and miss it a lot now.

I never noticed the seat being crooked in 20,000 miles of driving. It wasn't so severe that it ever impacted me.
