It’s legal in VA in your own home. My neighbor blazes up around 10pm in his screened in back porch and I can smell it in my house despite windows being closed. I’m not exactly sure how. I’ve been trying to find the leak in my house but can’t.

Maybe it’s those lab rats that escaped from the marijuana experimentation facility. Neither my wife nor I smoke. Only other thing I can think of is our chimney isn’t properly sealed.
