A lawsuit is nonsense. Look at the link I posted that had a picture of the guy. He had a small cut on his head. If Tyson really unleashed on him, he would have had more than a small cut. Sad part is, they will probably settle just to make it go away.

Unfortunately not a qualifier for the Darwin Awards because he didn't take himself out of the gene pool with his stupidity.

As kring has said, we'd have more civility in the world if there were immediate, violent consequences for being an asshole. Maybe that's not a bad thing.

Also - I saw Iron Mike punch Michael Spinks into next week. I saw him end Larry Holmes' career with a right hook. If he told me that I was pissing him off I'd seriously consider jumping out of the plane.

Btw I did meet him briefly at a World Series game - he's such a chill, friendly, gracious dude.
