My first impressions...

I absolutely love this car... i finally picked it up tonight. I couldn't be happier with it . It was more comfortable than i expected, it just begs to be driven harder... but i managed to resist...

i'll try to post a couple pics.

Looks amazing! I remember you were stuck in the trenches of production when I joined this forum. Glad to see you're not just a dreamer anymore.

Picked up the BSM BMW M240i with standard trim, cognac interior, red brake calipers and 2-tone wheels last Saturday 4.23.2022.

Amazing car! Brakes are absolutely fine. Steering is tight and responsive. Corners like it’s on rails. And performance, performance, performance that can be hard to resist because the car never feels like its going over the edge. And with the dampers in comfort, it’s a decent riding car for a sports/performance coupe, even with our crappy roads here outside of Philadelphia, PA.

I even had a 77-year-old woman in the backseat and she said she was perfectly comfortable.

Anyone looking for a daily, performance coupe will absolutely NOT be disappointed. So far it’s even more impressive than I remember when I test drove one.

So happy for you! Glad that you enjoyed the car after such a long and annoying waiting, especially after it was already at the dealership.

And truly hope that we can have an in-person meet with all G42 owners from PA, NY, CT, MA!

Had it in my 2019 BMW 330i xdrive and it was fine and held up really well. Some reviews have mentioned that the BMW leather offered here is not the top grade so one has to consider that.

The seats are generally very comfortable.

How well the cognac color in my car holds up – I guess I’ll fine out.

Congrats! Ours were both shipped about the same time. Mine was a 2 day ride and still stuck at port. I even mentioned you would get yours before me. I will get mine eventually. Yours looks awesome and enjoy it.
