AC Question
Hi All,
Planning on getting an M240i and was just wondering how the AC is. I live in Las Vegas and it feels like hell half the time. My 2007 VW GTI's AC is total garbage.(Since day one) I also have a 2019 Infiniti Q50 and the AC is really good. Cools the cabin nicely within 5mins, on a 100+ degree day. Any thoughts on the M240i's AC in hot weather condition? Thanks! |

From my experience from being in Arizona for the time I've had my car so far, the AC is the best ive ever had. It cools the cabin down in about 4-5 minutes maybe quicker. If it helps I had a jeep before this and this is miles better from my experience.

I live in Houston and so far no issues with A/C works great.

Hot and humid here in North Texas and A/C works great. Owners of new BMW's would not tolerate anything less. You can also set a timer for the car to start with the A/C on from the app, or just start the car from your office window like I recently did by accident.
I will say I'm a little disappointed my wife's Mazda, at half the price, has air conditioned seats and it's not even an option on this car. |

But I do agree. At some point, BMW needs to start offering things like ventilated seats with every model. |

To be fairer, she has suction seats. They don't blow air, they pull heat off your body. Works almost too well, as they're usually on low even on the hottest days.

I had suction seats on an A5, was very nice. That said, I do miss ventilated seats on the M240, but the A/C is more than adequate here in south FL.
