Is individual color confirmed for G87? After owning a IOMG M3, I will be considering some shade of green.

G87

Mine is simple...

Toronto Red/Zaandvort Blue (sp)
Black Carbon Buckets
Manual
Carbon Roof
I have no use for any other options and I feel like these cars (like g80) will have most of the creature comforts we all like as standard

Another option for me would be Tanzanite Blue over Mocha interior.
If you're unfamiliar with Tanzanite Blue, it's a dark almost black blue that is rich and really pops in the sun. It doesn't look cheap like a light color blue that you can find on a $20K Civic or Rav4. https://f80.bimmerpost.com/forums/sh....php?t=1427395

edit: carbon roof

I guess that is it..
I'd like to redo mine and say…I will check off every box. That is all.

You switching over from the G80 to the G87? May I ask why? As I am currently deciding between the two, the G80 seems like a more practical option with two kids in the family whereas the G87 sounds like it’s going to be far more fun!

G80 is my first BMW M, with 4 door and only reason I switched from F87, because of two kids. Yes it's more practical, and wife approved lol. So the plan I will get a second car for running errands and kids school. I may hold out until CS which maybe 2025+, or get one next year. If I hold out for CS both of the kids will be in booster seat. So let's see which route I will end up taking. But CS is the ultimate goal.

  • Lumbar support
  • Carbon Roof
  • Laser lights
  • HUD
  • Not decided on xDrive or 6 speed. Leaning towards xDrive as it holds more power but I do miss having a 6 speed.
  • Shadowline trim
  • roof and bike rack
  • remote start
  • wireless charging
  • Comp model when available
That sounds just about perfect.

I'd add 6MT.

I'm not decided yet. This would be my only and daily driver. My current job is a 40-60 minute commute which the first half is in traffic. If I could get another work from home gig I'd get the 6 speed. I also have read the 6 speed doesn't hold power well. I plan on doing some mods (bolt ons and ethanol). There's still
Time to see what's the best option for me

My kids should be fine climbing in a themselves and sitting in booster seats, so I may just wait for the comp to be released or even the LCI version if it doesn’t take too long. I’m guessing my kids will be fine in the back of the G87 well into their teens!

I wouldn't bet on that. I sat in a 230i, it is smaller than the F series 2.
Here are my impressions: https://f87.bimmerpost.com/forums/sh....php?t=1916797

I would honestly highly recommend sitting inside a 230 or 240 before even thinking about ordering a G87 thinking you can use it like you can use an F87.

Daytona Beach Blue is GORGEOUS!! I would def consider that for the G87. I think that color would go great with any color wheels...black, silver, or even gold. One of the colors I am considering for sure.

My real ideal spec is:
Trade in value on my F87C - $60K
Sale price of the G87C - $61K
