It's like a snakeskin, gloss diamond pattern over a matte base. I wish there had been an option to have the center console in the same material.

Yes it comes as part of the M illuminated trim option.

Just got status 150 and VIN is assigned.
I was scheduled for production for week 49.
Got moved to 39, so next week they will start.

From bad news, no more 360° camera and drive recorder.

Mygarage says it's schedule for production, but when talking to BMW Genius, they said it has started production already.

It depends on a lot of things. The language used by Genius is not always consistent with My Garage.

You could be at "Production Begins" 2 weeks before production actually begins. If you are Entering Assembly Line then you are actually in production. You should be able to ask Genius for your production date. That would clear things up a lot

I'm in the EU and in my garage I don't see this list.
I got this information from my dealer. Right now I'm fighting like hell to get it back. In the official information M Performance models don't have this restriction but somehow BMW sent info to my dealer that 360° will be removed from my car. Guess I am the lucky one...

Genius just said that my car is at the Vehicle Processing Center in New Jersey and should arrive at Orange County BMW on September 23. But a couple hours ago, the latest information from my dealer was that my car "will arrive at the Port of New Jersey today." Obviously hoping that Genius is more accurate/up to date.

I lived a few miles from OC BMW in Harriman for many years. I can't vouch for traffic, but I would recommend considering a route home on your delivery day through Harriman State Park / Bear Mtn Parkway. It is one of the very few places I miss for an enjoyable cruise.

Crazy stuff going on there. I'm (assumingly) stuck at week 42 as I have been from the start. Mine still shows the surround view camera on MyGarage, though. I wonder if I have certain options that is causing my car to not get moved up.

I would prefer to wait to the original week 44 and have all the options.

Then take Bear Mountain bridge and make a right. There's are some nice twists and turns before you get to the taconic.
