Hi all,

As the title suggests, could anyone with a 2023 post a side view / profile pic of their rear view mirror? I was hoping to buy a BlendMount for my radar detector before my car arrives but they require a photo to ensure proper fit.

Any help would be greatly appreciated!

Of topic, does the new idrive 8 have a new welcome animation when you enter ? I also heard the BMW chime is gone.

From what I see in other iD8 videos on YouTube, the welcome chime is indeed different. I really liked the iD7 chime, not sure how I feel about the new one…

Hopefully we'll be able to code it with BimmerCode like the previous versions. I wouldn't mind using the Rolls Royce chime every now and then 🙂
