Thanks for the heads up. My daughter was about to look into using these guys for a complete PPF covering on her new car, but now she will take a hard pass and spread the word among her P car friends

Well seems like corporate closed the shop without even sharing that with me. Rob craven may work at A-team detailing and automotive apparel now.

This is horrid, almost like a 5 year old riding a bike could do better.

All fun aside, did you pay with a credit card? If so, dispute the charge as that might have some recourse available for the incredibly shoddy workmanship.

That is totally unacceptable and an incorrect installation, as well as it appears, additional damage to the vehicle during the installation.

Did you accept this workmanship as delivered to you though? That might be a sticking point in any arbitration/mediation that occurs. Stick to your guns and ensure the installer corrects it without further damaging the vehicle and as others have said, politely and calmly light the shop up on social media, reviews online, and in forums stating your case and ensuring nobody else gets ripped off.

I paid cash to save them a credit card fee since they gave me a nice discount already and didn't expect issues with a global owned "elite" installer. Both my pick ups were almost an hour of excuses, why I have 45 minutes of hidden audio from their second attempt of Rob craven saying this was his best work basically. He's now been removed from the company as shop owner now working as a mobile detailer but can't get corporate to acknowledge the damage other then failing material.

I am really sorry this happened to your car. Elite corporate really should make you whole after a botched job like this. I have two friends who have wrapped their own cars over the years and this really looks like amateur work. I would question if they had apprentices or interns wrap your car honestly. I would be absolutely livid about the razor marks

Oh it was some young 20s guys after hours. Our cars can take surrounding pics and I caught them casually working on it after 10pm. Ceramic pro, elite is their top tier certified installer. The shop owner was actually their head of training past 5 years.

Words can not describe what they did to your car. The lack of business sense by corporate is amazing, cause as others have described you should post of this on every social media platform. I would hire an attorney and go to small claims court and try to collect the original invoice to at least remove the coating by someone else and start over. I am also amazed at your patience - you have struggled with since March?! WOW

Yes I saw photos and demo vehicles in the shop. As the director of training he was very knowledgeable and said the right things. The final outcome was polar opposite of the described work, why im offended.

Check out bbb reviews. This company doesn't stand by its product or do right for their customers.
