When was this? They’ve been trying to get me to go with them for awhile but they wouldn’t budge from doing a 5K ADM so I’m currently first at another place that isn’t doing a mark up.

From a dealer perspective cash is not always king. We get paid irregardless whether it be via a personal financial institution, credit union, or some other form of lender. It has always been that way.

It can vary.

Trunk money, undisclosed manufacture incentives are offered on various models as well.

Maybe someone can answer this for me since I’m unfamiliar with how it would work. If I have the first allocation and the dealer gets it in January, but I wanted to get the bucket seats what would typically happen? Would I simply slide down to the second allocation and continue to do so until the buckets are available?

I placed a deposit at the end of October, with confirmed pricing at MSRP. I don't expect them to play games on it, but I guess we'll see. It's also possible they took enough deposits at MSRP that they decided to add an ADM to new orders. I think I'm #6 in line, not sure what the order book looks like now.

This was awhile ago before anyone was on their waitlist, I would’ve been the first. I then went with another dealer in June at MSRP. Catonsville reached back out to me in September (believe it was Jae) to see if I was still interested and I told him only at MSRP since I already had a spot secured with another dealership at MSRP. He told me they had one person on the waitlist at that time and still a 5K ADM so they must’ve stopped asking for it.

As you can see, some communities and forums keep rules a bit tighter than others to keep things tidy. Welcome to the G87 community, do a bit of homework before posting. If you do so, you will enjoy the information shared here.

They are several members w/ a lot of knowledge to share from BMW Sales Advisors to advanced track enthusiasts.

uclaman We all have similar obligations. You certainly are not the only one.

When searching if you change your preferences, displayed below it will certainly help.
