Hey Tommy, I sent an email a week or so ago. Haven't heard back. It's the holidays, just wanted to make sure my question didn't get lost in the shuffle.

Is the hardware zinc coated or does it have a black oxide finish? Zinc coating will develop surface rust in months, especially in a fender when subjected to salt. Black oxide hardware is more resistant to it but not impervious to corrosion. If you really cannot tolerate any rust, 304SS is probably your best bet.

Got my answer from Tommy, he doesn't sell directly anymore. He's partnered with Kies and they're listed there. He did email and sent me a link with exactly which ones to get for my particular car, and sent a link to an install video.
