Hi guys,


We see more and more picture and videos of the car in the last few days, and my ride height anxiety is through the roof lol.


I’ve seen on the IND website that the MMR adjustable springs is available and fitment looks confirmed (they are in the M2 G87 section and it’s confirmed in the description)

The 45mm is the front looks very much perfect, 35mm in the rear is great too. How accurate is that statement, I’ve never seen any adjustable springs (KW HAS or H&R) going that low on G80/82 cars.

Also, all the picture on the website looks a little bit photoshopped. Maybe it’s not but I just need some confirmation before pulling the trigger on thoses.

The G87 isn't even available yet to do any R&D on, it uses the G8x chassis sure, but it's been confirmed it has different factory spring rates (rear I believe) to the G80/G82 plus it has a shorter wheel base, etc, etc, etc, but who knows maybe theyre working with a BMW insider to develop the products?

This has been covered a few times: the spring rates up front are stiffer, and use G80/82 dampers. In the rear they have softer springs but stiffer dampers from the M3 Touring.

The M2 seems to have a the same ride height from pavement but more wheel gap. We probably need to sit tight on this one. Someone will be a classic guinea pig.

Yeah, R&D needs to be done on an actual car, not by other models and posted specs.

It wont take long once cars are out. H&R had the M240 springs out pretty quick.

IND seems to have connection with BMW, they are offering all M parts already.

From what I see, they confirm the fitment in a very explicit way. I guess they know about the springs rate and everything.

I’m just not convinced about the 45mm drop. Never seen a customer car with MMR adjustable so…

I hope it’s real, 45mm looks exactly what I need.

Maybe someone from IND can help us.

I'm really curious about the drop on M Performance Parts car. That's ideal to me. I wish someone would measure the difference.

I’m pretty sure it’S about 20mm which is the lowest the BMW M performance suspension go!

On M3/M4 the KW doesn’t go low enough for my taste. AST springs looks not too bad. On the IND website, the picture from the MMR adjustable springs on M3/M4 are exactly what I’m looking for.

Your parts department has them as well. I don’t believe the HAS are on there just yet.

We will be testing the specific AST ALS (Adjustable Lowering Spring) Kit for G87 on the car we are receiving in the beginning of April, we will post pics + video.
