Production tracker went backwards?
Anyone experienced this before? I was in “scheduled for production” and went backward to “order received”.
Should I read anything into it? |

Did you order any special options? They could be waiting for those parts or they’re at capacity or just an IT glitch. There are a ton of cars waiting to be shipped, so that could be playing into it. Call the Genius line in the morning.

It happens more frequently than I would like. I don't know why. I guess it just comes down to the system not being perfect. I wouldn't think too much about it.

Mine went backwards from being "in transit" to "at port" when it was indeed "in transit." Nothing to worry about.
