Did you get new hardware also (new nuts, screws, etc) or did the installers use the existing ones. When I asked BMW about the M Performance ones they told me that the service techs will not re-use the existing hardware.

Also, how many hours of labour were you charged for the install and what was the approx labour cost of install ! I'm assuming this was done at an independent shop ? Thanks !

For the HAS, I believe you don't need new hardware. Total time was 6 hours, plus alignment. For the wheel spacers, you need new hardware as the bolts need to be longer. This was done at an independent shop, total after around $1400 for the install and 4 wheel alignment. So not bad.

I reached out to my CA and was told the BMW MP Sport Suspesion Factory Code “Z58” was not available for port install. Anyone know what’s up? Game?

Correct, just checked and not in there. MP parts come and go all the time, I’m sure it’s supply issues.

Looks like my CA was able to add the performance suspension to the build. I sure hope it’s worth it.

Looks much better lowered. That's for sure. I wonder what this new talk of a "Performance Suspension" option is all about when originally ordering / specing the car out. Didn't know was even available until now.

It’s basically a port-installed option of a BMW-branded version of the KW suspension kit being discussed in this thread.

Any HAS installed or only spacers?

Any idea on how much time that option adds to the build?

No clue to be honest. The installation instructions quote 8 hours of labor. So at minimum two days extra at the VDC for port install.

Would be interesting to understand how the different wheel / tyre setup works with this configuration. Happy to get some feedbacks!
I'm doing the same thing , same wheels frozen bronze and lower with M performance HAS. at the dealer . I am sending it straight to the ceramic costing/ppf shop. Clear wrapping the whole car. alos reflectors change to body colour. cant wait

My opinion:
I would go SLIGHTLY wider, and wouldn't have dropped the back end quite so much. But hey, nobody's perfect
