Best Place to buy BMW extended warranty for new car

Sorry if this has been discussed before, but I am new to BMW.

With other cars in the past like MB, you didn't have to buy the warranty from the dealer that sold you the car. Other dealers have more incentive to give you discounts to get your business. I assume BMW works the same way. Are there were certain known dealers that gave the best discounts for BMW extended warranties or Tire warranty?

I did a quick search and couldn't find anything.

Aslo FYI you can only buy wheel and tire at signing. once you drive off the lot you are not longer able to buy that.

I apologize for the slight delay I was out of service area the last few days

Unfortunately you are only able to buy wheel and tire when you sign. Once you drive off the lot that program is no longer available through BMW.
