Error diagnosis Swirl

Hi guys, doing a diagnosis on 118d F20 Lci, these errors occurred to me.

I tried to remove them but once the car is on and done a couple of km, repeating the diagnosis they reappear. (Obviously no light appears).

What do they refer to? Has this happened to anyone before? How did it solve?

I know they are swirls, but what exactly should I be concerned about?

Soot build up at the swirl flaps or the actuator is failing.. Remove the intake and take a look.
