Busted my left rear CV axle and bmw quoted me at $1560 for the part (absolutely ridiculous) however I’ve found on advance auto’s website that says it fits a 2022 m240i so my question is is there a difference between a 22 and 23 left rear CV axle? I’d rather pay $140 for a part than $1560 if possible.

Isn't it covered under the warranty ?

I'd be shocked it's not the same, especially if it's xDrive.

Considering I broke it myself installing an aftermarket exhaust I’d be willing to bet there’s not a chance hahaha

Also I suppose I didn’t mention this in the post but I just broke the cv axle boot, but unfortunately bmw doesn’t sell that they only sell the entire output shaft. Had to bite the bullet and order from them direct. Still waiting on the part to arrive at my local dealership and it’s been over a week I’m getting antsy not being able to drive

I would assume they sell universal boots but if you already ordered the part then it might be too late lol
