HUD "M Mode Road Configuration" being greyed

Does anyone else have the same issue? How to solve it? I want to see my rpm on the HUD while driving. Thank you!

In Road mode, I don't think tach is an option.

In Sport mode, HUD is more configurable and includes the tach. Which is one reason I'm always in Sport mode.
