G42 IAT Sensor Code After DP Install
Hello everyone,
After installing my downpipe, I noticed that I keep getting this code. 102A63 - Intake air temperature sensor: Short circuit to B+. Weirdly, this code doesn’t prompt a check engine light, but it keeps showing up even if I clear it. I tried unplugging and replugging the MAF sensor on the intake box, but I’m not sure what to do. Is the MAF sensor fault or does anyone have insight on this issue? |

Where did you see this error message in? Are you using JB4?

Interesting, I too also have a downpipe (AA catted) as well as a Dinan intake but otherwise stock. A bit paranoid if I have any codes. I’d like to read check the codes somehow and clear them if possible.
So would I just get the MHD wireless universal adapter and download the app? If I’m using this just for the purposes of checking codes and perhaps clearing them, will it leave some sort of software trail where the dealer can see it? https://burgertuning.com/products/mh...-flash-adapter

It’s your car. I don’t see why you can’t check and clear your own codes! You’re not tuning or doing any malicious. Simply just reading what the ECU is telling you on the back-end. |
