19s in the front with 20s in the back?
Has anyone done this on a G42 or have pics? I like how it looks on the M2 but wondering if it might not translate as well to a 230i

Here’s what Bard gave me regarding if it can even work, but after experience with chatgpt the info could be completely false..
*edit -the table below lists 18”s, my car has 19”s, so it would only be a 1” difference if I put 20s on the rear Last edited by rad_thundercat; 08-05-2023 at 09:02 PM.. |

This was a test fit with some M2 wheels. The offsets for the rear of M2, M3 and M4 is 20, and that is too low for G42 (40 offset rear). And because the wheel is 10.5” wide, it poked out too much. Last edited by M-System; 08-08-2023 at 07:03 PM.. |

Excellent man, thank you.
The 19/20 looks optimal. I just had a loaner 2022 430i with the M sport package on 20s all around and they looked over-sized in the front. Like a 90s Accord on 18s. That rear wheel well is just asking for it on the G42 though |

Can you show how much it stuck out in the rear? What size tire in the rear?
