Battery notice after I installed dashcam
Every now and then I get this popping up if I let the car sit for a few days.
Happened after I hardwired my viofo a129 duo in. Around the same time my ambient lighting stopped working as well. Should I be concerned? Never had any issues starting the car or anything else once the car is running. |

you installed the camera "wrong" camera is installed on Clamp 30 .. ans should be installed on 15..
you installed it that the cam has always power.. car recognises it and measure a battery drain-- that indicates the message.... either you live with that message or you install it on clamp 15 ( ignition) https://g87.bimmerpost.com/forums/sh...hlight=dashcam |

I actually followed that post in setting up the dashcam. I could take the accessory out and just have it powered on while driving and get rid of parking mode. There was another user posting a similar issue at the bottom of that thread specific to the Viofo cams.
