Checked a lot of videos / instructions to gain access to CAN bus. Some go through dismantling passenger side trim, others center console.

I had a peek under my seat, see a twisted pair there.....

Basically, looking for easiest alternative to tap into the bus. All these look like a bit too much disassembling for my taste!

I'm not too familiar with the G87 wiring, but I'm planning on installing a Exhaust Valve Controller from PEEM Solutions. It's taps directly into the CAN at the fusebox, which is located in the passenger footwell. The install seems fairly straightforward, at least the access to the fuse panel. Not sure what you're planning on doing, but that may be the easiest route.
