Feature Installer question
Hello, everyone.
I have a bmw f30 with nbt evo id6. I want to activate apple carplay. I bought a code for Feature Installer and tried to activate. The log said it was successful. But when I go to the menu to connect a new device, I see only Screen Mirroring, no carplay. The seller said that someone patched HU before me and I need to update the firmware. Is this true? Or do I need to do something else? Thanks for your help! |

It doesnt matter if the unit was patched before, if the seller sent the correct code it should work.
What is written at the bottom left when you are running the code in FI? |

As a result, I updated the HU firmware version. I launched the feature installer and now carplay has appeared. It remains only to install a Wi-Fi antenna for correct operation
