Got my badge today, but haven’t gotten my new grill, so I’m waiting for that to arrive before I install them.

That definitely looks better than the silver/grey, but I think I'm just going to wait for an aftermarket gloss black grille without the emblem cut out. I really dislike when manufacturers put guide holes in the body where the emblems are. It's the same on my Z06 for the front & rear and the car would look so much better without them.

Would've been nice to get the shadowline package, and it changed the badged to black too. Seems that would've made sense.

Interestingly enough, I’m actually trying to fabricate a way to put the badge on the grill I got which does not have a place for the badge.

I think that grille is already duped (was looking the other day), but perhaps carbon or matte FRP (no gloss black).

I did see a matte FRP version pretty cheap. Would have to get it painted, and just don't have time for that.

I'm sure they get them from the same supplier and mark it up 500%. No different than the cf headrest pieces you can get for $140 but these vendors sell them for $400-900.

Scroll to page one of this tread, I posted pictures of the emblem removed. Its just held on with a thin piece of double-sided tape.

Dental floss or use a thin plastic pry tool between the emblem & the grille. It should pop right off.
