Looks good to me! Where did you obtain the mesh? What material is the mesh? I wonder if it can be found in Stainless Steel.

I have done the same, don’t know why people are spending up to $500 using other alternatives

I plan to track my car so a little extra protection is always good piece of mind.
I put and cut my own front grille from amazon and installed the SE C&F skid plate. Its well made, lower priced and minimalistic compared to others. (DM for more details).

I had extra mesh material and zip tied some to the skid plate. Lol

Looks good, I don't see any ties securing the front grille. Did you remove the front bumper and secure it from behind?

I did remove bumper, wasnt sure what route I would take at first. I only used zip ties for center. Side intakes I cut really well and are help in place by small drops of JB weld like glue. Basically invisible.

Nicely done. JB-Weld is awesome, those grilles aren't going anywhere.

It is the well-known AggAuto 47"x16" ABS Plastic Universal Car Grill Mesh It is pretty thick and resilient and I believe it provides good protection functionality and of course weights less. For stainless steel I would recommend getting a whole plate and bolt on.
