Man that sucks. What kind of spec did they end up finding for you? Carbon pack?

In my personal experience with bucket seats (Veloster N, Recaro Pole Positions and the Porsche Carbon Buckets). I have found that seating position actually needs to be a bit different than if you are doing comfort sport seats. Try to see if you can raise your legs a bit and tilt the seat back slightly. If you sit up too straight theres basically no support and all the weight goes onto your spine. Also if your legs are too straight or even pointed down, that can cause extra pain.

Waiting 19 months sucks, but you sort of forget about 90% of that the second you get in your car. Beyond stoked! So excited for it to get full PPF and ceramic coated to see the BSM shine. First time with any of my cars.

Interstingly, BMW forgot to install the wireless charger. It's on my sticker, purchase agreement, and I paid for it lol. Can't say I care to much, was gonna overheat shit anyways

Congrats on picking it up after such a long wait! That does remind me though, I need to check on the wireless charging feature...

Finished signing for the car yesterday (remote transaction via notary at the house - local dealership wouldn't budge on $10k ADM).

Waiting for the dealer to confirm receipt of funds (finance department said the NFCU check can take 10 business days to clear after they deposit it, but credit union told me it cashed from their side yesterday).

Car will need to be shipped to where I live but hopefully won't be too long. I did get some pictures/video from the dealership and know I got the Michelins as well - so another tire lottery winner in this date range!

$10k seems harsh. Did they tell you the ADM from the beginning?

Because if you're okay and you're happy with the car, that's the most important thing.

But if they sprung that on you at the end, that's messed up.

Sorry to clarify - I had to go with a dealership away from where I live to avoid the ADM. Purchased the car for MSRP 😊.

Funnily enough the local dealership is still doing $10k ADM (they say it's a policy on all M cars).

Oh, good! Glad you were able to do that.

But for a dealership to continue to do that enough to call it a "policy on all M cars", people must be paying it, no?

It would seem so! Which is a bit crazy since there's multiple BMW dealerships available within a few hour drive.
