Get well soon, Oldgixxer.

The comeback is always greater than the setback.

I haven't driven my X3MC since mid November and decided to sell it back to BMW a few weeks ago,had a lot of positive equity in it so instead of sitting there collecting dust making a lease payment to sit in the garage for who knows how long didn't make sense.

I plan on getting something new once I'm done w the IV meds in April if I pull through. Looks like it'll be a 2025 X5MC.

I've only been on the forum a couple times since this all happened and literally just saw this thread. Thank you for all the well wishes and kind words everyone, much appreciated
Man! What an ordeal. Can't imagine how hard it must be.

But hopefully you are now on the home stretch to recovery that will culminate with you rewarding yourself with that new M SUV to pull the Busas to a fun ride.

Best of luck on your recovery, sir.

Oi! Makes the events of my month seem childish and petty. Wishing you a full and expedient recovery, sir! May you one day look back on this time and, with a laugh, say "wtf...yeah, let's not do that again!"

My fellow rider, ouch indeed. One hell of a thing having to deal with this. These damn human bodies love testing the hell out of us. You have one more in your corner cheering you on down the road to recovery.

So if I'm following this, you're still facing the orchiectomy sooner or later -- I'm guessing that won't be a piece of cake, either! But you've got a whole bunch of us pulling for you!
