New M240I RWD owner assistance on stance
Hello guys , I just got my new 24 M240I RWD a week ago and i changed the wheels on them the other day .
The wheels are from a previous bmw but have a high offset of 45 so I had to put spacers on to get it to fit good in the front and not rub the suspension. The he wheels are flow formed lightweight 19” wheels that weigh rite under 19th a and are a savings from stock weight of about 9.5 lbs lighter in each wheel . Wheel specs are 19x8.5 45 offset. Question is I plan to run this setup as a square tire setup and not staggered . Currently the tires on them are 245/35/19 and have clearance and do not rub with the 15mm spacers on front and rear . I plan to get new tires and wondering if 255/35/19 would be a better setup and wanted opinions ? Also the pic below is currently on 15mm spacers but I plan today to put the 20mm spacers on to give it just a little more clearance. Question is there going to be any negative issue w running 20mm spacers around? And opinions if I should stay with the 15mm or go with the 20mm ? Thank you all for your help . Mark
