Put in Eibach prokit springs and Bilstein B6 struts this weekend and am very pleased with the results. The drop is subtle but just enough to reduce the stock 4x4 wheel gap without compromising ground clearance too much.

I haven't had a chance to do any spirited driving yet, but on my daily commute it's been nothing but positives. Comfort is maintained while body roll and that soft wavy feeling of the stock suspension is much reduced. Definitely recommend people consider this setup if they want to save some money and don't need the adjustability of coilovers or don't track their cars.

Awesome fitment! Now the question we are all wondering: did you have the rear suspension thump and/or do you currently have the thump after installing?

Gotcha. Are these also adaptive or do you lose that functionality?

I don't have adaptive suspension but I believe Bilstein does make a B6 that retains EDC.

I have been considering update my M-sport dampers and springs to B6+Eibach pro-kit. But I am a little worried about the damper length.
Somehow I got the info that M-sport damper is a short variant of B4. Then I am not sure if B6 could be too long... Or, B6 has the same length with this short variant of B4.

No problems with the B6's and pro-kits here. =)

Bilstein also lists them as compatible with the M340i that comes standard with M-sport suspension so that leads me to think they are at least as short as the M-sport dampers.
