Eibach were a big improvement on stock, comfortable and had a good stance. They are more conservative really. On our cars the rear drop is 16mm and the front drop is 21mm. With the wheel setup now the front diameter is ~ 7.5mm less so ground clearance reduced by around 3.25mm. Combined with the 21mm drop it’s just over the legal ground clearance here (not so much for law enforcement but important for insurance). MSS HAS are just brilliant and have adjustment to -30mm which is more than needed in my case and choice was based on cost, springs already being the right height. I’ve had several sets of MSS springs and would not hesitate to recommend them if you want a lower stance and more adjustment and retain factory comfort. Fitment is a couple of weeks from now and will be done along with the M Performance brake and rotor upgrade, after that I’ll post pics and review and confirm the change in ride height once they are done |

Eibach springs installed with drop of rear 15mm and front -21mm with more expected when settled Initial impression is way better than expected. Ride in every setting is better than stock and handling has improved quite some. Whist these may not drop enough for some it gives me the ground clearance needed in some places and is perfect as a daily driver. At the time of installation the MSS kit was not available due to stock issues and freight lead time so they were knocked out M Performance Brake upgrade including rotors, pads etc Early to say but a really good pedal feel and the front rotors and calipers are substantially bigger than the stock M Sport. Wheels These are a fully forged lightweight wheel made by a local company Koya Wheels. They have a first class reputation here in Australia and are frequently used in motorsport. Their new process introduces a pre milled fully forged wheel made in Taiwan and finished in optional PCD and offsets here. Widths are limited to 8.5", 9.5" and 10.5" (otherwise would have chosen 9" and 10" but they are HALF the price of a custom forged wheel milled here. Early photos and will post more later |

My wife is the photographer and she uses a Nikon Z7 11 /24-70 2.8mm lens These were mostly taken at near dark conditions.
Will be taking more in normal light with a polarising filter, the car is quite glossy and very difficult to photograph in normal daylight Some updates are due soon after a few more minor tweaks |

Some updated photos, the springs have now settled quite some. Ride is perfect and the car is lowered enough for daily driving

In thinking of down-sizing from a 5 series to a 2. I have some nice forged wheels that i'm running on my current car, wondering if i will be able to swap em' over:
20 x 9 ET30 - 255/35 20 x 10 ET40 285/30 Seems like it might be tight?? |
