Jb4 not pairing to phone

anyone know how to connect my jb4 to the app ?? everything was installed properly but when connecting to the jb4 it says “no devices in range” anybody know how to connect it ??

if you bought the JB4 and Bluetooth new, you have the option to contact Burger Tuning for support.
