963M Wheels + KW V3 Suspension - Toronto red M2

Finally got the suspension set up on my M2 and the wheels for the summer fitted.
I need to be honest, I'm not a fan of dark/black wheels, I'm more of a silver wheel kinda guy, but these wheels do look amazing.

Went with the 963M M Performance wheels wrapped in Michelin PS 4S summer tires. Needed 15mm spacers to get that perfect, flush fitment, first we tried fitting a 20mm spacer, but on the front it was poking out way too much, especially with the Michelin winter tires. (The TÜV inspector - who drives an isle of man green G81 👀 what a guy - wouldn't have approved it)

For the suspension, I've decided to avoid lowering springs and went for the real deal KW V3 (I had it on my F30 before and was super happy with the ride quality and performance), since I'd use the car mainly for smaller road trips, going to the alps, traveling in Europe and going to some track days here and there.

Cleaning them will be a nightmare for sure, but I ceramic coated them before, so it should be fine. 🫣

963M looks awesome. Best looking BMW wheels imo and I've been contemplating to get a set. Did you buy it from BMW directly or sourced elsewhere? How is the driving dynamic with saved weight from the wheels?

Thank you, I'm glad you like them. I own a company - paddleshifterz.com - that sells BMW products, one customer ordered a set, but then changed his mind and bought an A45s instead of an M2, so I was happy to take over his set. 😅
To be honest, I can't really tell the difference at this point, since there were too many variables changed at once - new suspension, spacers, winter to summer tires, wheels - but the ride is awesome and it looks insane. Can't wait to take it to the alps and enjoy the new setup on some twisty roads.

Oh I've actually purchased from paddleshifterz before. Better price than vendors here in US and fast shipping

Looks great. They do look like PITA to clean, and the offsets of BMW wheels is why, if I'm spending $ for new wheels they're going to have the correct offsets. Thus, I won't be buying BMW wheels.

Looks fantastic on the red. Drop looks perfect as well, enjoy!

Do the 963Ms have a very slightly blue-ish hue to them or are they a pure grey? They seem to have slight blue to them in photos and can't decide if that is real or just a function of them in pictures vs real life?

They are very nice, had them on my F30 before, they are great for daily use and occasional track visits. Thanks.

I did apply 1-2 layers of ceramic beforehand, we'll see how much pain they will be. 😅
Yeah... they have the same offset as the original ones, needed 15mm spacers all around with the stock tires to make them flush. 🥲

Thank you. Yes, they do, BMW says "gunmetal", but it's more like a "blue-gunmetal" color, they definitely have a slight blue tint.
