Passenger side mirror tilt in reverse percentage

The default setting tilts the mirrow too much for me. I can see the ground, but I want to use that feature to help me park in the garage and not get too close to the other car. At the default setting I cannot see the car next to me. What percentage is less tilt? I see 90% to 20% in 10% increments. Is that percentage from the baseline (normal mirrow position) or from the lowest possible tilt? Thanks!

I played with several options. 100% seems to be the maximum tilt, 0% is no tilt at all, I settled at 50 % which gives me a good view of what is behind the car.

I'm 6'4" and sit with my seat as low down as it will go and settled on 50%.
