Saying that it is not that fast is wrong, but saying that it doesn't feel that fast is understandable depending on where/how you are driving. From my experience with the manual, driving around town (mostly under 50MPH) under 5k rpm, the G87 doesn't feel much faster than my previous F87. I am sure this comes down to gearing and how the engine delivers the power being twin vs single turbo. Where the F87 died towards the end of the rev range, the G87 doesn't.
This is backed up by good chunk of people saying that the B58 is better suited around town than the S58. Though you could mitigate this by being in a lower gear, higher in the rev range if you wanted. |

I don't think you're running over anything with an X3M on 21" wheels. Maybe your insurance deductible?
