I just got home from PCD on my 2024 X5 xdrive40i last night. Short version, wonderful experience! Only negative of the entire trip was a couple of flight delays getting out of Atlanta. Grace from Hotel Hartness arranged the limo pickup (Audi Q5, very clean and professional by GVL Limousine Service), the Hotel Hartness was fantastic (only wished it wasn’t raining so I could walk around the property!), not your typical hotel! Morning limo pickup (again GVL in a sparkling clean Surburban) right outside the front door and when they said they would be there. About a 15-20 minute drive to the Center.

I’ll update with more details later but I’ll say this now, if you want to break your x5 in right take a drive on (SR ?) 276, you’ll get a chance to toss it around in some sharp corners and break that engine in the right way! I took a drive up to Sylva, NC to see my mother and sister and didn’t want to do it via the interstate so I went 276 both up and back before jumping on I-26 heading home. Excellent decision I think. More later.

Interesting side note, when I was shopping for an X5 the 3 dealerships within 100 miles of me only had 2 cars with trailer hitches and both were not in my colors, none of the rest had hitches. Of the 5 cars being delivered the day I picked mine up all 5 ordered with trailer hitches!

Congrats and nice color choices (same as mine).

Interesting aside on the deliveries w/ trailer hitch data... pretty much why I had to order mine as well.

Looking forward to hearing more.

Thanks for referring back to this post. How far ahead did you reach out to the hotel for the transportation? Was it included as it is implied in the brochure?

I'll be picking up a M60i in the same color combo Ext/Int/calipers! Your post was the final nail in the coffin that I wanted this over Skyscraper

I made my hotel reservation about 3 weeks in advance but let them know at that time I was doing BMW PCD and would need both shuttles. Grace informed me they would contact me 3-4 days before my arrival to confirm I was still coming (which she did). Grace and Hotel Hartness were absolutely wonderful to work with, I would use them again in a heartbeat even for non-BMW related stays. My flight into Greenville was delayed a couple of times but the shuttle seervice they use was on top of it and knew when I actually landed, a wonderful service.

Congrats!! Did the Hartness provide a ride to the performance center for your delivery? Was there a charge for it? I hear the old school Greenville Marriott still takes you in their shuttle for free?

Both the shuttle from the airport to Hotel and morning shuttle to PC are included in the BMW rate, you just have to request them.

See the OP for the name of the shuttle service but my 2 rides were in an Audi Q5 and a newer Suburban.
