G87: JB4 + 6,800ft + 91oct

Hey all,
Are there any JB4 high-altitude, 91 octaners here?
Curious to see how the JB4 does in these conditions on the G87.
I had some mixed results on my N54 135i back in the day (circa 2010).

Wondering if any body has feedback on how smooth (or not) the OTS maps are in this environment.
How easily can support adjust things if the logs show problems? Problems I ran into with the 135i were hesitation and stuttering under load on occasion. Had to run octane booster with every fill up, which sucked. Support never really fully got that all dialed in right on that car, even with the octane booster.
