How does port installed options work for a new model year? Is there a list or is it just in the top desk drawer of the sales manager of every dealer

Surprised that the new individual colors are $650 more than frozen but honestly, the color palette is really good. I think they're worth every penny of $3k. Carbon buckets for the same price as the M3's for $4500 is also a huge win.
