I’m going back and forth between the two brands of non adjustable springs and was wondering if you all have any experience that you can share.

I've had Eibach on previous vehicles, great drop very harsh ride due to them being linear. Just make sure to be looking at their progressive offering if you want a better ride quality. No personal experience with AST.

Eibach Pros are progressive..

We've got owners here that say the ride quality is great - as good as stock.

Can't go wrong with either, we work closely with AST since we're factory direct.

IMHO, the cost for adjustable springs is not much more - I'd say most people are going this direction vs fixed springs.

I’m under the impression that most adjustable spring setups are stiffer and I really don’t have any need to adjust the height once it’s set so it seems like a waste to me.

Not "stiffer", but maybe a bit "sportier" if we're comparing terminologies. I've never yet heard a complaint about stiffness on an adjustable spring compared to OEM.

I appreciate your input! I really want to maintain the compliance of stock and I thought stiffness was the most descriptive word.

I have eibachs and love them. Modest drop and still maintain great ride quality.
