Jerky paddle shifts in sports plus mode

Is this normal? Car drives fine in sports mode but every time I shift up in sports plus the car jerks and doesn’t shift smoothly

Are you still in break-in? I experienced this in an X3MC and found Sports was smoother.

I’ve heard it can be better post-break-in. Not exactly sure why, but multiple people told me this and I experienced it not being as bad on some higher mileage G8x auto cars.

Yes it’s normal to shift jerky if you have it in it’s most aggressive shift mode in sports plus. It sacrifices comfort for shift speed by not allowing it to smoothly slip into gear and instead smacks it into gear so you can keep putting power down. If you find it uncomfortable just put the transmission in level 2 or 1…Though for me level 1 the shifts were just wayyyy to slow.

And no, break in service changes nothing on the car or transmission.
