6MT G80 to 6MT G87
Anyone go from a G80 to a G87? Curious if the driving experience is different at all. What are the most notable differences? I’m debating trading my 2023 M3 for a 2025 M2. Manual for both.

im doing it but still dont have the G87 yet. Driven both, main difference is just the M2 feels a little more lively in terms of chassis, probably a little less refined than M3, but there is not much in it tbh. They are very similar cars.

i went from a 2021 M3 to a 2024 M2 (both MT). i find the dead pedal on the M2 really catches my left foot when clutching; i do not at all remember having that problem on the M3. other than that - if i close my eyes i doubt i could tell which car was which in terms of clutch feel and responsiveness.
hope that helps |
